Made from grapes sourced from our estate C5 vineyard. This Pinot Grigio is aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months. Our Pinot Grigio has subtle aromas of citrus, pears, and apricots. On the palate, this wine is crisp with acidity yet smooth from the oak and contains plenty of fruit flavors. It pairs well with fresh green salads tossed with pear vinaigrette or spicy grilled chicken. Pinot Grigio is our family’s favorite summer vino!

Made from our estate vineyard in the Los Olivos District. Our Sparkling Albarino is made in the Methode Champenoise style. Meaning it has gone through the same traditional process used in Champagne France. This wine is placed in the Brut category allowing for a dry finish on the palate; Aromas of fresh-picked grapefruit and kiwi dominate the nose followed by flavors of stone fruit on the palate.  Enjoy this wine with hard cheeses and oysters on the half shell.

Made from our estate C5 vineyard, Albariño is a white wine, which is similar to Viognier.  We are one of very few wineries on the Central Coast that produces Albariño.  Aged in neutral oak barrels for 8 months.  You will detect aromas of green apples, and grapefruit with tropical fruit flavors like papaya. Our Albariño is a rich wine with good acidity making it an excellent complement to many foods including Asian inspired dishes.

Made from the Martini clone out of the Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. This wine was 100% destemmed during fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.  This process allows for an elegant and feminine aroma on the palate. There are notes of strawberries and wild roses on the nose with raspberry and red cherry in the mouth. This wine pairs excellently with summer salads and grilled white fish.

Named after the winemaker’s dog.  Our Rosè of Syrah is made from our estate vineyard and aged in neutral oak barrels for 8 months.  Unlike many vineyards our estate has a section that is solely devoted to growing Rose.  Our Rosè of Syrah has a lighter taste that is similar to that of white wine with a peppery nose followed up by apricot flavors.  This wine pairs well with cured meats and saltier cheeses.  Our winemaker loves to make Sangria with this wine, which is a hit at summer parties.

Made from our estate vineyard and aged in French Oak for 16 months. Our Tempranillo is a wonderfully well balanced wine with bright acidity and rich flavors. This wine has baked black berry notes and white pepper, with game meat and exotic spices. On the end of the palate this wine finishes smooth and silky. A fine wine for everyday sipping, but equally as great with BBQ tri-trip or your favorite Spanish dish.

2012 Cuvee Stella - Our version of a " Super Tuscan " made of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot. The wine spent 24 months in a new French Oak barrels. This wine is name after the newest STAR in the family "Stella." A Quarter Horse filly that resides at our C5 Ranch and Vineyard. A complex nose of fennel, black olive and new leather with a toasty oak aroma. Velvet overwhelms the palate up front with hints of cherries and sweet vanilla plus a touch of earthiness at the finish.

Made from the Martini clone out of the Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley.  This wine had 50% whole cluster added during fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.  This Pinot Noir is slightly earthier on the palate with notes of raw mushrooms and black cherries. Pair this wine with game birds like quail or pheasant and roasted vegetables.

Made from clone 667 out of the Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. This wine had 50% whole cluster added during fermentation and aged in French oak for 12 months.  Whole cluster fermentation adds texture and mouthfeel to this wine that is also ever-present in old world Pinot Noir. The 667 is a smooth red with notes of black cherry followed by black truffle and a hint of minerality on the palate. Pair this wine with smoked white fish or mushroom risotto.

Made from our estate vineyard and aged in French oak for 16 months. Our Syrah shares many of the same characteristics as the Syrah wines from the Rhone region of France. Our Syrah is much leaner than most American Syrah’s. It has notes of dried cherries and olallieberry pie. Finishing with a velvety texture and can easily be enjoyed on its own or pairs well with lamb and grilled steak.

Made from our estate vineyard in the Los Olivos District.  Our Sparkling Pinot Grigio is made in the Methode Champenoise style. Meaning it has gone through the same tradition process used in Champagne France. This wine is made to remind you of the famous Prosecco’s in Italy which have a slightly sweet finish on the back of the palate.  The nose bursts with white rose floral notes leading to flavors of pear and apricot.  Enjoy wine with candied dates and bruschetta.

Made from our estate Albariño this late harvest wine is very unique.  Dolce Bacio means “Sweet Kiss” in Italian, which describes this wine perfectly.  Left to ripen on the vines much longer than our standard Albariño this wine has just a touch of sweetness.  You will notice aromas of peach and pear.  Accompany this wine with any dessert or blue cheese drizzled with honey.  Salute!

Made from grapes sourced from Happy Canyon in the Santa Ynez Valley. Our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months. This wine keeps true to its varietal with dark berry aromas and a rich mocha finish. A wonderful wine all by itself or paired perfectly with a pepper rubbed porterhouse steak.

Our version of a " Super Tuscan " made with all estate C5 fruit consisting of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese, and 20% Merlot. This wine spent 24 months in a new French Oak barrels. It is named after Jac -our big, bold, full-bodied American Quarter Horse- An AQHA World Champion Finalist who resides at our C5 Ranch & Vineyard. Aromas of black cherry and plum meet with warm vanilla spice, cinnamon, and cocoa on the nose. On the palate, the delightfully rich & silky tannins and mouth-watering acidity are complemented by the delicious notes of plum, cherry, and oak toast that leave a soft finish.

Made from our estate vineyard and aged in French Oak for 18 months. Our Sangiovese has aromas of dark cherry, fig and hints of wet leather that are rich and enticing. Following the big aroma, the palate is surprisingly elegant and approachable with a supple texture that allows the flavors of cherry, dried cranberry and earth to flow through your mouth finishing with fine but prominent tannins that carry the flavors on the expansive finish. Drink the fruit forward wine over the next decade and enjoy with pizza or meat based pastas!

Made from grapes in our estate C5 Vineyard. This wine was aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months. Our Merlot has notes of dark plum and currant on the nose followed by hints of vanilla and oak smoke on the palate. This wine pairs wonderfully with roasted meats and squash based pastas.
